2003 American Airlines » Fokker F-100 Laguardia to Midway, diverted to Kennedy because of bird strike. The flame-out from the engine darkened the tail in this shot. Pilots did a great job in bringing this plane back
at such a critical time in view of debris on windows next to engine. |
